Agent, Licensed Land Appraiser – TT Ranch Group
Kade Johnston was born and raised in North Louisiana in the small town of Columbia. With his father currently working as a wildlife conservation professional and his grandfather and uncles in row crop farming along the Mississippi River, Kade developed a strong connection to the land. When Kade wasn’t playing sports as a kid, you could find him working irrigation on his family’s farm in the Louisiana Delta.
Kade graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agribusiness. While studying at ULM, Kade worked for Wilbanks Appraisal Company, assisting in Commercial Real Estate Appraisals. After graduating from ULM, Kade decided to pursue his Masters in Land and Property Development at Texas A&M University. While attending Texas A&M, Kade worked for a local appraiser and broker, Don Holtkamp, who is locally recognized as a Brazos Valley Land Market Expert. Kade is currently a graduate of Texas A&M, and a licensed trainee appraiser pursuing his general certification in both Louisiana and Texas.
As an agent with TT Ranch Group, he brings his lifelong experience in the farming and ranching industry as well as his appraisal expertise to counsel clients through the listing process.
In Kade’s spare time, he enjoys all types of hunting and fishing throughout the south, as well as working on the family farm in Louisiana.
