Residence:
The most unique part of Painted Prairie Ranch is the carefully thought-out, custom-built home. The residence has a compound design, with three separate structures. The forefront of the home is the main living area. Here you will find a large open concept design built for entertainment. It includes an updated kitchen, guest bathroom, and spacious mudroom. Near the living residence, you can find two Red Oaks, two Red Maples, one Live Oak, and two Vitex trees. Near two of the pastures, there are two Burr Oaks.
Water:
Upon the entrance of the ranch there is a nice sized pond. There are currently perch, bream, catfish, and it was once stocked with bass. The property's water supply comes from Hickory Creek.
