Patrick was raised in northern Oklahoma on his family’s ranch. Following his passion for the ranching lifestyle, he went to pursue his degree at Oklahoma State University and went on to the Ranch Management Program at Texas Christian University. Upon graduating he spent twelve years in the financing industry, focusing on financing cattle operations and all types of land purchases.
Patrick uses the skills and knowledge from this experience to contribute a wealth of knowledge to his clients, making the purchasing or selling process as seamless as possible. Whether it be an income producing property, recreational retreat or family getaway, Patrick is capable of giving sound advice regarding the true value of a working ranch. Patrick has spent countless hours consulting with clients on ranch related situations involving cattle operations, range management, and wildlife management to name a few.
In addition to being an agent with TT Ranch Group, Patrick works for a previous President of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Pete Bonds, at his ranch headquarters in Saginaw, Texas. Patrick assists the Bonds with cattle inventory management and oversees their risk management strategies.
