The land has 40’ of gentle topographic variance that slopes from north to south. The pasture is well maintained and produces an average of 800 +/- round bales per year. The soils are mainly comprised of Houston Black clay, with a small amount of Stephen silty clay and Stephen-Eddy complex. There are some small clusters of Cottonwood trees scattered throughout.
