Dove frequent the property throughout the year and the waterfowl have been known to flock into the larger bodies of water on the property from nearby Lake Fork, to feed during the seasonal months. It is not uncommon to see a couple hundred mallards on one of the lakes at a time and two to three man limits are often reached with ease.
